How to make a cocktail card
Cover the inside of your green card blank with blue patterned paper, then add a panel of cream card to the card front. Cut away the top right corner of the card front in a deep curve.
Use your template to cut out the glass, then cut the lime pieces from coloured card – use a small circle die for the lime slice then layer triangles of card on top of it with small oval pieces of paper added to the middle. Layer up the shapes and decorate with lots of beads and stick-on gems. For best results, use drops of tacky PVA glue to secure your seed beads.
Snip the lime shape and add it to the glass, as shown – you can use a couple of sticky foam pads to hold it in place. Fix the completed paper cocktail to the card front with more sticky foam pads.
To finish your card, wrap with a simple border cut from orange patterned paper.
