A guest post from Paige Evans at American Crafts!

During our Christmas blog party, the super-talented Paige Evans from American Crafts made us three gorgeous cards, and she’s back for Easter with this fabulous bonus card for you to make! She’s even put together a supplies list and step-by-step instructions to help you to make it!

You will need:
– White card
– Assorted patterned papers, from American Crafts
– Patterned vellum, from American Crafts
– Embellishments: word die-cut, button, chipboard shapes, flower sticker, pom-pom trim, all from American Crafts.

Step 1
Cut an egg shape from white card to make the card base

Step 2
Cover the egg shape in glue. Roll patterned papers and patterned vellum into tubes and stick them in lines down the egg.

Step 3
Flip the card over and snip the ends of the tubes off to make the egg shape.

Step 4
Add the greetings and embellishments to finish.

You can find American Crafts on FacebookTwitter and Pinterest, and be sure to check out their blog! And if you love this card – be sure to check out Paige’s personal blog at www.paigeandchris.com, where you can find plenty more crafty inspiration.
